I informed about the situation in Ukraine and Russia’s damage to our energy system. I shared the list of most urgent needs to bring back light and warmth to Ukrainians’ homes. We rely on our neighbors in providing additional energy and humanitarian assistance. 

We also shared thoughts on the recent geopolitical dynamic and developments. I stressed that peace for Ukraine is essential for European and global security. 

We agreed to strengthen our bilateral and regional cooperation this year."
