Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Pleased to meet with Minister of Agriculture and Food Security of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Muhindo Nzangi in Kyiv. Building upon last month’s telephone conversation between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the DRC Félix Tshisekedi, I expressed gratitude to the Congolese Minister for his personal participation in the 4-th international “Food from Ukraine” conference. I expressed support to international efforts to reestablish a just and lasting peace for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We discussed ways to strengthen our cooperation in agriculture, expand business ties, and develop a legal framework for our bilateral relations. I also reaffirmed Ukraine’s readiness to contribute to the development of the DRC’s agricultural sector and enhance its food security."
