On January 26, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Melnyk held an online meeting with Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs of Mexico Carmen Moreno Toscano.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the current issues of the Ukraine-Mexico relations and further cooperation within the framework of the international organizations.

The Deputy Minister called on the Mexican Side to join in the implementation of the Peace Formula initiated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Carmen Moreno Toscano assured of Mexico's unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and its readiness to continue close cooperation within the framework of the UN and other international organizations aimed at the searching for peace.

It was agreed to maintain close working contacts and to hold political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two States at the level of deputy heads of ministries during this year.
