Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba: "I spoke with my Estonian colleague and friend Margus Tsahkna. We focused on further steps in advancing the adoption of decisions necessary to allow the use of frozen Russian assets. We also agreed to take additional steps to strengthen EU sanctions against Russia, with a particular emphasis on its military-industrial complex. We will work together to ensure that a separate instrument within the European Peace Facility is approved as soon as possible. Ukraine applauds Estonia's decision to allocate 0.25% of its annual GDP to military assistance to Ukraine. We support the initiative to encourage each NATO member to make a similar commitment for Ukraine's victory. We also discussed cooperation in the Council of Europe and other international organizations".
