Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba: “Expanding on Ukraine's recently adopted Latin America Strategy, I spoke with Peru's Foreign Minister Javier González-Olaechea to express gratitude for Peru's solidarity with Ukraine. We both acknowledged that Russian aggression against Ukraine has an impact on the security of not only Europe, but also Latin America and the Caribbean. We focused on President Volodymyr Zelenskyy`s Peace Formula and looked into opportunities for bilateral cooperation. I invited my Peruvian counterpart to visit Ukraine at his earliest convenience”.
