On September 24, 2020 Deputy Foreign Minister (CDTO) Dmytro Senik met with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in Ukraine Silvіa Cortés Martín.

During the conversation, diplomats discussed the results and the ways of realization of the agreements reached during the visit of Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to Spain on September 10 this year.

The sides noted the leading positions of Spain among the trade and economic partners of Ukraine and discussed the perspectives of increasing the dynamics of the bilateral cooperation.

The major topic of the conversation was the issues of electronic governance and digitalization of the public sector. Dmytro Senik informed about the introduction of the digital technologies in the MFA and other state bodies of Ukraine. 

In its turn, Spanish side expressed readiness for the development of cooperation and establishing the experience exchange in this sphere.
