On May 6, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Iryna Borovets held a video conference with the non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to Ukraine Aylin Estrella Joo Liem.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the bilateral agenda and outlined joint measures for the near future.

The Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of the participation of the top leadership of the Republic of Chile in the inaugural Global Peace Summit to be held in June in Switzerland, the invitation to which has already been forwarded to the Chilean side for consideration.

During the meeting, the interlocutors also focused on the work of the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children Deported to Russia and the discussion of bilateral visits in the near future.
