On February 12, 2025 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held a phone call with Secretary for Europe and North America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Ambassador Maria Luisa Escorel de Moraes.

Mariana Betsa thanked the Brazilian side for its unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

During the conversation, the parties discussed current issues on the bilateral agenda, in particular the prospects for intensifying political dialogue and deepening multilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Brazil.

Special attention was paid to the coordination of interaction within international organizations in order to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine.
