On March 19, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held phone talks with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of El Salvador Adriana Maria Mira.

The sides discussed modalities to intensify political dialogue between both states, as well as coordination of interaction between Ukraine and El Salvador within international organizations.

Mariana Betsa informed her interlocutor about the security situation in Ukraine and the steps being taken by the state leadership together with partners to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace.

The Deputy Head of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine invited El Salvador to join the International Coalition for the return of Ukrainian Children illegally Deported by Russia.

Both sides agreed on further contacts to discuss a wide range of issues on the agenda between Ukraine and El Salvador.
