During the presentation of the Digital Tiger: the Market Power of Ukrainian IT — 2024 research, Anton Demokhin, Deputy Foreign Minister, Chief Digital Transformation Officer emphasized the importance of supporting Ukrainian IT companies to enter the global market.

"The Ukrainian IT sector has significant potential both for attracting foreign investments to Ukraine and for expanding its presence in the global market. This will be especially important for Ukraine’s post-war economic recovery. Therefore, it is essential to expand the geography of Ukrainian IT exports not only in the regions where we are already present but also into the markets of Latin America and Africa," Anton Demokhin highlighted.

Despite the current challenges, the Ukrainian IT sector demonstrates high resilience, adaptability, and competitiveness. It remains one of the few industries in the Ukrainian economy that continues to show strong growth dynamics and remains a strategically important component, particularly due to its high export potential.

Addressing the event participants, CDTO noted that the synergy between Ukrainian diplomacy and the IT Ukraine Association will contribute to expanding the presence of Ukrainian IT companies in foreign markets, increasing the export of Ukrainian IT products and services, and facilitating the recovery and development of Ukraine’s economy.
