On May 19, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mariana Betsa met with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Brazil to Ukraine Rafael de Mello Vidal.

The main topic of the meeting was cooperation between Ukraine and Brazil within multilateral formats, including the UN system.

“Ukraine appreciates partnership and instrumental cooperation with Brazil in the framework of international organizations and looks forward to further successful implementation of mutually beneficial initiatives", Mariana Betsa said.

The parties also discussed topical issues of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere with a special emphasis on the protection of children's rights in the context of the ongoing Russian aggression.
