On October 7, Deputy Foreign Minister Yevhen Perebyinis held a meeting with the Ambassador of Belgium to Ukraine Peter Van de Velde.

Yevhen Perebyinis expressed his gratitude for the versatile assistance provided by the Belgian side in countering full-scale Russian aggression, and called on the Belgian partner to support actively Ukraine’s course to join EU and NATO. 

Peter Van de Velde assured that Belgium will continue to provide comprehensive support to Ukraine in order to restore its territorial integrity as soon as possible.

Yevhen Perebyinis and Peter Van de Velde discussed the possible formats of Belgium's participation in the projects of the recovery of Ukraine.
