On May 23, 2024 the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine Fan Xianrong.

The parties emphasized the importance of intensifying the dynamics of political dialogue at high and the highest levels and discussed specific steps to enhance interaction between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
