On April 29, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held phone talks with the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Honduras Pamela Handal Rivera. 

Mariana Betsa expressed her gratitude to the Republic of Honduras for the solidarity shown with the Ukrainian people in the context of the ongoing Russian aggression, consistent support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state, as well as for the support of relevant UN resolutions in favor of Ukraine. 

The interlocutors held a constructive exchange of opinions regarding the expansion of cooperation between Ukraine and Honduras, further strengthening of bilateral relations, as well as maintaining a sustainable high level of strategic dialogue. 

The parties confirmed mutual interest in developing cooperation in priority areas and agreed to maintain regular contacts between the foreign ministries.
