During the special session “Amplifying Women’s Voices from Ukraine”, the Deputy Minister underscored that Ukrainian women are demonstrating exceptional courage, resilience, and leadership amid war. Deputy Minister Betsa held meetings with the OSCE senior officials, including Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu, Representative on Freedom of the Media Jan Braathu, High Commissioner on National Minorities Christophe Kamp, and Director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Maria Telalian.
