On 29 April, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyinis held a meeting with a delegation of the Polish part of the Ukrainian-Polish Interparliamentary Group headed by its Chairman Marcin Bosacki.
The Deputy Minister appreciated the assistance provided by the Polish side to our state in the context of Russia's ongoing aggressive war against Ukraine, as well as Poland's role in supporting Ukraine's European integration and Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
The parties discussed the strengthening of defence support from Poland, its participation in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, the strengthening of sanctions policy towards Russia and the bringing the aggressor state to justice for its crimes.
Yevhen Perebyinis emphasised the importance of Poland's participation in the implementation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Peace Formula, as well as the intensification of the preparation of a bilateral agreement on the provision of security guarantees to our state.
