On November 21, 2019, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko received Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to Ukraine Elena L.T. Mikusinski.

During the meeting, the Parties discussed a wide range of issues on the agenda of the Ukrainian-Argentine relations, stressing the importance of intensifying the political dialogue at the high and the highest levels, as well as an effective interaction in international organizations.

On the same day in the Ministry the Protocol on Amendment of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Argentine Republic on the Suppression of Visas was signed. It provides the double term of visa-free stay of citizens of Ukraine and Argentina (from 90 days during the year to 90 days during 180 days).
