During the working visit to Manila the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha held a meeting with National Security Adviser - Director General of the National Security Council of the Republic of the Philippines Eduardo Manahan Año.

The parties discussed the possibilities of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense and security, as well as preparations for the Global Peace Summit.
