On 21 November 2024 Yevhen Perebyinis, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, received copies of credentials from Ma Shengkun, the newly appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Ukraine.

The Deputy Minister congratulated the Chinese high-ranking official on the start of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine and noted the positive dynamics of the activation of the Ukrainian-Chinese political dialogue this year.

The parties discussed current issues of the bilateral agenda, in particular in the context of using the significant potential of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and China, as well as the interaction of the two countries in multilateral formats.
